St. Patrick's Day Menu

We're expecting a couple of guests to celebrate all things Irish today. I'm really looking forward to cooking this menu. I will update later on the results.
On the menu today:

Irish cheese board

rathcoursey emerald soup with garlic crouton

guinness braised short ribs with morels

champ, creamed leeks & baby carrot

wild berry oatmeal crumble

a wee dram of Jamiesons
