Dare we dream of Spring?

The winter of our discontent has finally come to pass and the long forgotten shades of Spring green are appearing. A new season brings with it new promise...and new ingredients. The Beech Tree has pleased to announce our Spring 2014 menu. You can see it here

We have also discovered some new and excellent local suppliers. Our meat is supplied by small, local producers under the umbrella of meat-guru, and number one rated butcher in the city, Sanagan's Meat Locker. 

We have also entered into a fruitful relationship with 100km Foods - provider of local produce, grains, eggs and other fantastic ingredients. The majority of our produce from 100km Foods is organic and our eggs are all free run. 

We take great pride in the quality of our ingredients at the Beech Tree. Local, sustainable and ethically reared meat and grown produce take front and centre on our menus. 

Please join us as we celebrate the first warm days of Spring with some fine, scratch-made fare.
